Challenge SC Holiday 5v5 League

Grab your friends and form your teams and play in the Challenge Holiday 5v5 League. (Keeper plus 4 field players)

This is a great way to have fun and keep your foot on the ball over the break. Challenge coaches will be there to supervise the games.

Games are played Monday or Thursday Nights at Burroughs Park. December 9 - January 9

Age Groups:
2014, 2015, and 2016 teams will kick off at 5:45 or 6:30 PM Monday and/or Thursday.

2013, 2012, 2011, and 2010 games will kick off at 6:30, 7:15, or 8:00 PM Monday and/or Thursday.

5 Games

Large roster sizes are ok if players will miss games because of vacations.

Cost $350

*Feel free to create fun team T-shirts or any Challenge gear is great.

Our Thanksgiving Camp in College Station will focus on technical skills each day with specific coaching sessions:

Monday - Technical skills and moves, then 1vs1/2vs1 with Small sided games to end the session.

Tuesday - technical/turns and switch of directions, shielding, then 2vs2/3vs2 build up to goal/finishing, Small sided to end session.

Wednesday - Technical/body shape/shifting the ball away from pressure, then World Cup tournament to finish the Camp.

Ages: U6 - U15 Girls

Cost: $80

When: Monday, November 25 - Wednesday, November 27rd from 10:00 - 11:30am

Challenge Kingwood Winter Camp

Challenge Soccer Club Professional Coaches have come up with an action-packed week of fun focusing on the fundamentals of soccer. Each day will be filled with fun and competitive games and will focus on skills such as dribbling, shooting, passing and play small-sided games! All skill levels welcome and we look forward to seeing y'all out at the fields!

RELEASE FROM LIABILITY

I agree that I and the Registrant will abide by the rules of Challenge Soccer Club, Inc. (“Challenge”), the United States Youth Soccer Association, U.S. Club Soccer, and any affiliated organizations and sponsors. Recognizing the possibility of physical injury associated with soccer and in consideration for Challenge accepting the Registrant for its soccer programs and activities (“Programs”), I hereby release, discharge and/or otherwise indemnify and hold harmless Challenge, its affiliated organizations and sponsors, its employees, directors, contractors and associated personnel, including the owners of fields and facilities utilized for any Programs, against any claim or cause of action by or on behalf of the Registrant that may arise as a result of the Registrant’s participation in the Programs, including but not limited to injury while participating in the Programs or while in route to or from any location where Programs are being held.

CONSENT FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT

I hereby give consent for emergency medical care prescribed by a duly licensed Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Dentistry. I give my consent that the Registrant may be admitted to any hospital or medical facility for diagnosis and treatment. I request and authorize physicians, dentists and facility staff duly licensed as Doctors of Medicine or Doctors of Dentistry or other such licensed technicians or nurses to perform any diagnostic, treatment or operative procedures under whatever conditions necessary to preserve the life, limb or well-being of the Registrant, without guarantee as to the results of examination or treatment.
