Financial Assistance Program
Challenge Soccer Club’s goal is to provide a top quality level of soccer instruction in a fun and challenging environment to the youth of our greater Houston community. As a part of this goal, one of our challenges is finding ways to provide financial assistance to those players and families that may be financially disadvantaged, for various legitimate reasons. The Financial Assistance Program (FAP) was established in an effort to assist those players and families experiencing financial hardships, whose sons and daughters have the desire and commitment to play the sport they love. The Club offers opportunities to fund raise through our annual golf tournament and poinsettias sales as well. For some, these options do not work and the FAP attempts to help in this area.
Applications for the 2024-2025 will be accepted on a rolling basis. If you child attended tryouts in May 2024, you must submit your FAP application by June 1, 2024. Applicants will be reviewed as they are received. FAP recipients will be notified via email in late June if they will be receiving assistance. Eligibility
In order to be eligible for Financial Assistance, the player must meet the following criteria:
- Players must make the initial registration payment for Club Dues. Financial Assistance will be reflected on the Member's Account after the registration is paid.
- Uniform expenses are not covered by the Financial Assistance Program.
- Recipients agree to volunteer at Club Events/Tournaments: 4 hour minimum
Any application missing copies of tax returns will not be reviewed.
