Alyssa Malonson Selected to the ECNL/id2 National Training Camp Best IX Team
Alyssa Malonson (99 ECNL/Auburn University) has been selected to the ECNL/id2 National Training Camp Best IX Team! Alyssa, competing with 90 of the best ECNL players from around the country at the University of Portland, earned an invitation along with 10 other elite players to the Winner's Trip in New York City, Aug 1-4. The Winner's Trip includes meet and greets with both Real Madrid and Bayern Munich players, prior to their International Champions Cup match at MetLife Stadium, the opportunity to take in training sessions for both teams, and a meeting/tour of Manhattan with the Argentinian General Consulate.
Alyssa and her 99 ECNL teammate, Olivia Ausmus (Texas A&M), were selected as two of 10 Texas Conference players to attend the 2016 ECNL/id2 National Camp. This is the 2nd consecutive year the girls have been recognized as two of the elite players in arguably the toughest conference in the country.
Congrats to Alyssa on another outstanding achievement at the highest level of youth soccer!
